Volunteers from Williams Clean Rail-Trail
A group of volunteers from Williams Baptist College spent their Saturday morning cleaning a section of the Lawrence County Rail-Trail. The crew cleared away tall grass and brush along a section of the trail adopted by WBC, between Hwy. 67 and Miller Rd.
Helping with the cleanup were Erik Cooley, Jeffrey Haley, Conor Karwath, Henry Reyes and Daniel Rittell of the Williams wrestling team, alumnus Edward Harthorn and Dr. Paul Rhoads and Dr. Brett Cooper of WBC's faculty and administration.
The Lawrence County Rail-Trail extends six miles, from Hoxie to the north side of Walnut Ridge.
